What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, the firm you work for if you give one, your email address, your telephone number if you give one, and the details of the proposed facility — amount, term, security address and type, and proposed exit.

If your enquiry progresses, we will collect further information needed to assess and document a facility. We will tell you what that is at the time.

Information we collect automatically

Our hosting provider records technical information about requests to this site, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site available and secure. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and this site does not track you across other websites.

Our website and enquiry data are hosted on infrastructure within the United Kingdom and European Economic Area. Where any provider processes personal information outside the UK, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision to protect it.
